Personal data we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, job title, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, address.
  • Business & engagement: trade license, incorporation data, UBO/ESR information, engagement letters.
  • KYC/AML (where required): passport/Emirates ID, visa, proof of address, sanctions/PEP screening outcomes.
  • Financial: accounting records you provide, invoices, bank details for payments (no card data stored on our servers).
  • Compliance: VAT/corporate tax registration numbers, filings, supporting documentation.
  • Website & cookies: device, browser, pages viewed, IP, approx. location, via cookies/analytics (see Cookies below).
  • Communications: emails, WhatsApp chats, call notes, meeting notes.
  • Recruitment (if you apply): CV, qualifications, references.

In the UAE, financial and tax records are typically retained for at least 5 years (longer if required by law, contract, or to establish/defend legal claims). We apply secure deletion or anonymization when retention ends.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continually improve our safeguards.
