• Identity & contact: name, job title, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, address.
• Business & engagement: trade license, incorporation data, UBO/ESR information, engagement letters.
• KYC/AML (where required): passport/Emirates ID, visa, proof of address, sanctions/PEP screening outcomes.
• Financial: accounting records you provide, invoices, bank details for payments (no card data stored on our servers).
• Compliance: VAT/corporate tax registration numbers, filings, supporting documentation.
• Website & cookies: device, browser, pages viewed, IP, approx. location, via cookies/analytics (see Cookies below).
• Communications: emails, WhatsApp chats, call notes, meeting notes.
• Recruitment (if you apply): CV, qualifications, references.

Why we use your data (purposes & legal bases)

• Service delivery (accounting, tax, company formation, Virtual CFO) — to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request.
• Regulatory compliance (KYC/AML, MoF/FTA, DED/free zone) — to meet our legal obligations.

Sharing your data

• Regulators & authorities: MoF, FTA, DED/free zone authorities, banks (when you ask us to coordinate).

These providers act under contracts and appropriate safeguards.

International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UAE. Where this occurs, we implement safeguards permitted under the UAE PDPL (e.g., contractual protections, risk assessments) to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal/regulatory requirements. In the UAE, financial and tax records are typically retained for at least 5 years (longer if required by law, contract, or to establish/defend legal claims). We apply secure deletion or anonymization when retention ends.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including role-based access, encryption in transit, password policies, device and account security, and staff confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continually improve our safeguards.

Your rights

Subject to UAE PDPL and applicable laws, you may have the right to:

• Request correction or deletion of inaccurate/outdated data;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
